Using the Oracle Chat Inlay Config File

{
"inlays": {
"common": {
"attributes": {
"inlay-mode": "BOTTOM_LEFT",
"site-url": "example.widget.custhelp.com",
"polling-enabled":"false",
"polling-threshold":1,
"inlay-hidden":false
}
}
}
}
You can see the inlay-mode attribute in the JavaScript config file. Also, I moved the polling-enabled, polling-threshold, and inlay-hidden settings to this config file.
The HTML code is simplified to this with the polling-enabled, polling-threshold, and inlay-hidden attributes removed.

The JavaScript script has a new reference to the location of the oit-config-file.js host file. In the sample below, I refrerenced the file I created on the TST3 site above.
<script id="oit-loader"
src=https://example.widget.custhelp.com/s/oit/latest/common/v0/libs/oit/loader.js
data-oit-theme-vars='{"brandColor": "#041584"}'
data-oit-config-url=https://example.custhelp.com/euf/assets/oit-config-file.js async></script>
